Richard D. Tucker, Esq.
Richard Tucker brings diverse, complementary skills and experience to his legal work for the clients of Tucker Law Group. A native of Waterville, Maine, Richard went on to complete his undergraduate work in biology at St. Anselm College in 1979, graduating magna cum laude.
Richard attended St. Louis University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. and also a Master’s degree in Health Administration. Richard practiced medical malpractice defense litigation in Chicago, Illinois before moving back to Maine in 1986. In Maine, Richard served as in-house counsel and workers' compensation administrator for Dexter Shoe Company before returning to private practice in 1993.
A frequent speaker on legal topics, Richard is a member of the Defense Research Institute, American Bar Association, Maine State Bar Association, Penobscot County Bar Association and Tri-State Defense Lawyers Association. Within the Defense Research Institute, Richard currently serves on the Board as the Northeast Regional Director, formally having held the office of Maine’s State Representative. Richard is admitted to the State and Federal Bar in Maine and Illinois.
Joshua E. Birocco, Esq.
Travis C. Rackliffe, Esq.
Travis C. Rackliffe was born in Farmington, Maine and received his B.A. degree in History from Saint Joseph's College, graduating magna cum laude in 1995. He received his J.D. from DePaul University School of Law in 1998. Travis joined Tucker Law Group in 2005, focusing his practice on employment law and insurance and workers’ compensation defense.
Travis is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Maine State Bar Association, Penobscot County Bar Association, and Tri-State Defense Lawyers Association. He is admitted to the State and Federal Bar in Maine.
A father of two, Travis volunteers as a Cub Scout den leader and participates as a member of the committee for Pack 76 in Old Town. He is further active in his community every spring, taking to the field to coach little league baseball while also serving as Vice President of Minors on the Board of the Old Town Little League.
Chelsea A. Suvlu, Esq.
Chelsea Suvlu, a native of Oakland, Maine, attended the University of Maine at Orono, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Journalism, graduating cum laude in 2009. A graduate of New England Law in 2012, Chelsea was the Executive Articles Editor of the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law, Treasurer of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, and two-year member of the Mock Trial Team.
Having practiced as a Worker Advocate for the Maine Workers' Compensation Board for several years in Bangor, Chelsea brings a wealth of workers' compensation knowledge to Tucker Law Group.
Chelsea is a Member of the Defense Research Institute, Maine State Bar Association, Penobscot County Bar Association, and Tri-State Defense Lawyers Association. She is admitted to the State and Federal Bar in Maine.
